Skripta provides AI-powered optical character recognition (OCR) and document transcription services. Users upload PDF documents, which are processed using machine learning models to extract text content.
Skripta's transcription results are estimates and may contain errors. The service uses artificial intelligence to interpret document content, and accuracy depends on factors including scan quality, handwriting clarity, font type, and document condition. Users must independently verify all transcription output before relying on it for any purpose. Skripta does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any transcription.
Credits that have been consumed (used for transcription) are non-refundable. If you experience a technical failure during transcription that results in no output or clearly unusable output, contact us and we will re-process the document or issue equivalent credits at our discretion. Pro subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to upload documents that contain illegal content, malware, or that you do not have the right to process. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the service.
Skripta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skripta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
